Latonia Baptist Church will be hosting a monthly concert on the first Friday of the month from 12-1pm.  We will host a variety of musicians.  It is free to attend and you're encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch.  This is a causal come-and-go atmosphere, so come even if you can't stay the entire time!

May 4th- Out of the Blue

Out of the Blue is an acoustic duo with Roxanna Trimble and Michael Braden. They have more than 50 years of playing and performing experience between them. They enjoy performing many different styles of music including; Classic Rock, Folk, Blues, Country, Bluegrass, Classical, Original and More!  If you see one of their live shows you never know what song will be played next, they just come  "Out of the Blue".


June 1st- Bacchanal Steel Band

The Bacchanal Steel Band is the Midwest's premiere Caribbean ensemble, featuring instruments made from 55-gallon oil barrels. Since 1998, Bacchanal has been entertaining and educating with their combination of calypso, soca, reggae, pop, and classical music. The group performs regularly in schools, libraries, concert halls, and for private functions and is in demand regularly at national corporations such as IKEA and Proctor & Gamble. The band has entertained guests on the Asuka II cruise ship in the Caribbean, provided music for JOCKEY at their international convention and opened for the Beach Boys. Their album, Standard, on the Stork record label, features music written for “pan” by the greatest composers of the genre. 


July 6th- Lindsay Skipper

Lindsay Skipper has played violin for 20 years and can be seen performing at weddings and special events throughout Greater Cincinnati. She has performed with the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra and is a first violinist with the Seven Hills Sinfonietta in Cincinnati. Come enjoy her arrangements of classical favorites and contemporary hits! 


August 3rd- Rusty Bird

Saxophone Artist Rusty Bird presently offers a music ministry of solo saxophone playing, praise and worship and testimony in Northern Kentucky. Rusty has been playing for 50 years and brings an exciting, powerful and refreshing sound to praise & worship music at several local churches and also shares his talents with church audiences, weddings, retirement centers, benefits and many other events. 


September 7th- Ceol Mhor

Ceol Mhor is a Celtic band from the Cincinnati area. They play a wide variety of music from all nations of the Celtic community. They play lively jigs and reels and as well as traditional airs and ballads. Several of their band members are versatile on different instruments. Thus, instruments you are likely to hear are the fiddle, the flute, the guitar, the hammered dulcimer, the concertina, the accordion, the banjo and more.


October 5th- Queen City Singers

The Queen City Sisters is an a cappella women’s trio that dazzles audiences with their tight harmony arrangements of songs from the 1930’s through the 1950’s. The group was formed in 2013 based on the desire to bring a touch of old Hollywood glamour to Cincinnati area audiences. Classic songs by Rosemary Clooney, Doris Day, the Andrew Sisters, and more round out an entertaining song list.


November 2nd- Tony and Joy Burdette with Toni Sheffer

You will not want to miss this concert! Music for all tastes………. Sacred, contemporary, classical, and more!


 December 7th- Carole Hill

Carole Hill, a pianist, and original member of The Ball Family, is considered to be one of the finest musicians in the field of Southern Gospel Music today. Music critics have said without a doubt that she is one of the most gifted piano players of church and quartet music.
